About
Welcome to Mina Tigerlily! I am the designer behind the scenes and I am so grateful you've made it here to see my creations and learn a little bit about me.
I am a Montana native who grew up in the (once) tiny town of Whitefish, constantly surrounded by the wild outdoors. After moving around in my teens, I landed in Boston where I graduated with a Bachelors in Fine Art from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts & Tufts University. After 8 years I returned home to Montana to be close to my family and be in back nature.
After dabbling with jewelry making on and off for ten years I discovered the practice of traditional hand knotting. My love for beautiful stones, pearls, methodical crafts and gorgeous ornamentation came into one as I created my first Candy Necklace. I use jewelry as a way to adorn oneself but also to tap into the wondrous metaphysical healing properties that these gemstones lend to us. From the beauty of a summer sunset or the colors you find dancing on the water, I source my inspiration from the nuances only found in land untouched. My work is inspired by the patterns, textures and colors you only find when surround in nature - my favorite form of beauty. I hope is that these pieces will bring healing and joy into your life. Thank you for the Love!
