Care

Gemstone Jewelry is meant to last the test of time! All my pieces are finished with 14k Gold, 14k Gold fill or .925 Sterling Silver. All metals used will be indicated in the item description so please read carefully to make sure you are received a metal suitable for you. 

I do not recommend wearing your hand knotted pieces in water - ever. The nature of silk is incredibly strong, but over time water can cause the silk to stretch and wear. Note that items made with C-lon or S-lon cord will be more durable. I also recommend wearers to take their precious pieces off before bed, not only for the the safety of themselves but the jewelry as well.  

 

Shipping & Returns

Please allow up to 2-7 days for item to be shipped.  

Made to order items may take 4-8 for order completion. 

I do not accept returns. Please carefully read item descriptions before purchasing to ensure that the length, metals and size of stones are suitable for you. The beads themselves are measured in millimeters and can look slightly larger in photographs than in person. If you have any hesitation or questions about sizing please feel free to email me or message me on Instagram. I will do my absolute best to match you with the piece of your dreams. 

Every item is inspected before going out, in the event there is a fabrication issue please reach out immediately.

Once a tracking number has been received, I cannot be responsible for any lost packages.
